Report a Concern
Anyone may report a concern about a registry record. Every report receives a reference number and is reviewed under the published complaint procedure.
Give the record number or the book title, choose a category, and describe the concern. Evidence helps. Contact details are optional; supply them only if you want an outcome notice. If you consent, the substance of your report is shared with the author or publisher with your identity withheld.
What happens next: the author or publisher is notified and may respond; a reviewer with no prior involvement decides; either party may appeal once. If the outcome results in action on a record, it appears in that record’s public history.
