v2.1	Sept 4, 2026	Appendix H rebuilt as three layers. Layer 1 is a six-point plain-language Statement of Christian Belief, fixed and reproduced identically on every surface of every site, replacing the enumerated creedal articles as the text authors sign and readers see. Layer 2 is a short plain explanation of why the statement is asked and what is deliberately not on it. Layer 3 holds the technical basis, the mapping of each plain statement to the creed of 381 for complaint adjudication, the reasoning on creedal subscription and the filioque, and the recorded decisions to exclude statements on salvation and Scripture. References throughout §1, §4.0, §7, §8, §17.1, and Appendix E updated to the plain statement. The word Nicene no longer appears on any public-facing surface; it survives only as a source note in Layer 3.

Patch versions correct wording. Minor versions add or clarify requirements. Major versions restructure the standard. A title certified under an earlier version remains certified under that version.
